People call me bourkey, im 18 and im a scummers bum (sunbury, Vic For any one don't know) and found this site while looking on google to find out why futura "classics" are classics. didn't find out why if any one knows please do tell me. Any way i am also on aust ford forums and fordmods.com so i hope this site will be just as good
I have been a ford man all my life and my first car (AKA Thrash Pig) was an EF Gli. I just sold that car about 2-3 weeks ago and got my self an ED Futura Classic. all as i can say is that i love it despite the fact that it is a 1spd auto
when i was looking for to buy my first car there was no way i would have got an EA-ED because at the time i thought they looked ugly inside and out, but now i love em. I also have an EF Futura station wagon.
Right now the only mod to my ED is kings lows. Right now i am working on getting the auto fixed and out of the way so i can start some of my planned mods. right now some of my planned mods for the ED engine wise are, 2.5" exhaust, extractors, cam, and trying to decide between a turbo or a supercharge. if it was not for licence restriction it would have been turbo'd by now. as for the inside, EL door Trims, 4 power windows, new seats. as for the out side XR front bar and and custom bonnet.
so in final, hi to all the people at boosted eseries.
