Hey guys.

Just found this site while looking for pics of a EA GT and liked what I saw.

Anyways my name is Jason, I drive a EF XR8. Its a Auto and runs a Vortech v2 t trim, 3.7 gears, cobra manifold and a few other things, makes around 300 rwhp and has run 13.2 @105mph.

She'll be getting a new transplant in the form of a AU 5.0L with AFR heads and a bigger cam, roller rockers, etc.

Anyways its good to see a few tough E series, even better there all here.

Cheers

Jason

Hey Jason,

Welcome to the club.

What other things have you done? I'd expect more out od a T trim, I only have an S trim!

Yeah thats basically it.

Im running on 8lb (3.3" pulley). Its a V2 with a T Trim Upgrade so she is a bit noisy (sounds like gear drives. 8-) )
Under the rocker covers she's all standard, HO cam, HO heads ,standard pressed steel rockers and bottom end. Walbro pump, 42lb injectors and Marauder MAF.

I dont intend to run more boost as the heads are on its limits, plus im getting a slight bit of blowby. when the new motor goes in i hope to crack 400rwhp out of the new motor, that would keep me happy indeed.

I'll start a build thread.
Jason.
