Hey guys .. new to this forum .. :)
Just bought myself an 1993 EB Series 2 from a mate .. hehe hasn't been driven for ard 1.5 yrs
needed to replace just a battery and an alternator belt .. :)

no money for rego yet .. but had a "test drive" ... coz couldn't wait :)
seems to be fitted with ' high performance' leads ..
and somehow .. it does a 'mini-drift' when i do a sharp turn and pressed slightly more down on the accelerometer

needs mags though .. haha .. (get it registered first :P )
maybe a couple of hubcaps first will do the job good .. for the time being ..

anyway ..
HEY .. Hey !!

he mean lower the ride height. :) Those leads do look quite thick, does it say anything on them ? Normal leads are 8 mm.

Interesting ...
i reckon their taxi sun visors .. i dunno ..
got it with the car .. tried to remove them .. but there was an "empty gap" where the visors used to be ..
so i'd either leave it on .. or replace the side rubber windscreen covers.

anyonw know where i can get spoilers ?
about the lowering .. *newbie qn* .. do i need to purchase lowered suspensions ? or can i just adjust them ? :?

You will need new springs to lower it. King springs are a popular brand and won't brake the bank. Most people seem to go for 'Super Low' but if you like to wear skirts, then just get low height, and if you're a mad kent there is also the option for ultra lows (lower than super lows) confused yet ?. It's also recommended to replace the shocks and struts to suit the super lows, but you can get away with using you're standard shocks/struts, they will just wear out a bit quicker and it won't ride quite as well.

Also you can 'Adjust' your current suspension, but it's illegal and depending on how you do it, it can be dodgy.

you should be able to get the windscreen rubber moulds from a wrecker or Ford maybe.

It's an auto :P
it happened coz i did a full turn and pressed a bit too much on the accelerator .. *i reckon*

decided to stay with the stockies and added hubcaps from supercheap

2 stupid things were accidentally done :( *sobb*
1) while washing .. i chipped the a small 4mm x 4mm paint at the centre of the bonnet :P
2) it rained just now .. and the old wipers caused a semicircular scratch on the wind screen

Things that needed to be done ..
1) the stupid cloth inside the car above the head, needs to be glued (or removed totally)
2) possibly air

rain is good, we are in a drought remember.
don't worry about the paint it didn't look all that flash to begin with.
Pull the head liner out and re-glue it.
Air ? Are you high ?

get a can of spray on glue.
pull the headliner right down except for where it is clipped up at the front (above the windscreen) and then spray as you go and slowly move towards the back of the car.
