Snort Performance "Bandwidth limit exceeded" what does that mean?

it means too many people have been viewing it.
the site will be allocated a certain amount of bandwidth for a certain amount of time (normally 12/24 hours or something)
once that time period is over it should come back.

I've found it usually happens at the end of the month and you'll have to wait to next month.

sites prob hosted in the US or something.
so how ever many hours behind, but i imagine it'll be a month end thing.
so late today/tomorrow it should be up.
