Maximum image width before auto-shrinking

Postby SNR » February 12th, 2011, 6:10 pm

John,

Is there any way this can be relaxed to suit higher screen res'? I don't feel that 1680x1050 is really that uncommon these days (or even better, set as a User CP option? - similar to how it is on forums.finalgear.com) and I limit my posts to max 1000 high/wide - it doesn't seem that currently there is a HEIGHT restriction, purely width.

I'd just like to have my images displayed as planned in my build thread is all. The auto-resize happens after the images are loaded too, which means it's not even saving bandwidth.

i'll look into it.

the current image resize was a bit of a hack, the issue was that large images would push off the side of the page and there was no way to scroll across to view the rest of the image.

there should be something more fancy available so i'll look at what i can do.
