User Avatar Pix

Postby TriymeD » February 12th, 2008, 9:36 pm

How is it that I can only fit 78Kb user avatar pix which is crap and not worth it compared to those who have decent clear user avatar pix?
How can I get a decent pix in?

uh just take a pic with a decent camera then resize image with imageshack or photobucket when you host it.. do not use photo editor or anything like that to resize it!!

avatar's can't be hosted on imageshack.
80kb is PLENTY for an avatar pic... you shouldn't even need that much.

When-ever I download a picture from my camera or phone software it always comes up as too much kb. And you guys are saying you only use 4kb and 12kb etc. How? I'm guzumped! Am I doin sumthing wrong?

Gona try photobucket as stockiEF said.

On another note, whenever I post and the thread refreshes all the avatars turn to red x's. Anyone else getting this?
