I've been getting SQL errors or some shit... F5 ftw.

Yer some one asked me about this error F5 or refresh is your friend. F4 is pretty good too give him a shot if F5 is being a kent and not working haha

I checked the server status for yesterday and they did some maintenence, so i'm guessing it may have been related to that.

Yep the server is probably virtualised and because of the maintenance the CPU load was too high to process some page and database requests.

Mac OS X Leopard 10.16, Universal Architecture. 6 Hours battery life daily, surfing, listing to music etc.

And it controls the intel and nvidia chipsets better than XP/Vista. And I can run XP straight from HDD to play games and I get full use of graphics.

And using VM Ware ESX I run windows XP programs such as MYOB, logmein rescue seamlessly

And wait for it, Microsoft have released MS Office 08 and MSN Live, with more functionally and better usuabillity that 07 For windows

And finally, Remote desktop, supplied by MS for Mac Leopard, allowing me to do remote management from anywhere in the world on servers/pcs etc

Leopard is my weapon of choice too, I have to work on Windows boxes all day at work so it's nice to come home to something different. The reasons I use it go way beyond because it's different though.

I remember when Microsoft stopped releasing XP. then 2 weeks later XP was re released and they made service pack 3 for it. Not even MS like vista, well for networking enviroments at least

Vista = WINME

i use vista ultimate and it runs fine with me, expecially with Service Pack 1

Might be something to do with my computer being an animal

I like SuSe linux, i use it on 2 of my 3 computers and its the bomb. Only downside is its lack of media and dolby 5.1 support.

Hence why i still have to have a windows box which regrettably i installed vista on, i cbf reformatting it really.

I have a vista box its my media centre, thats the only thing its good for, it just sits under the tv and purrs away.

Multinetwork/corpate/business enviroments XP ftw.
