New EF track hack drift pig

Postby Shredder_LTD » March 26th, 2013, 10:25 am

After taking my GT out to the track for a drift day the bug has bitten however I don't want to break my GT so I have since purchased myself an EF to use purely for organised motorsport events.
She's virtually stock at the moment with only some king springs, a cat back exhaust, HD clutch, weldie and stripped interior.

Here's a few pics from the cars first outing at Tailem Bend

Nice work :D

You definitely should buy some of my AU upper arm adaptors, they help heaps with drifting :)

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. And some tighter suspension! Maybe some H/D sway bars. Looks fun!

ABS = spongy brakes, but you'll slow to about 60

non-ABS = lock up at 100 & skid past the roo doing about 95. But you'll look sick doing it

Did you check out my build thread? I been taking my EF to Tailem as well an the new track layout is much better for our type of car (big, heavy, underpowered). I was getting a heap of smoke and could almost run with the nissans around a lap.

Get a set of AU upper arm Adaptors (link in my signature) you won't get more lock but with more caster the car will be approximately 800 times easier to drift.

That looks SOOOO cool mate! I agree with the sway bar idea - looks like it's about to roll over on those corners!
