Step 6
Using some sand paper rub back the mating surface of the bushes to remove and grime or left over rubber.

REINSTALLING
Please follow the bushes lubricating guide when using their grease.

Step 1
After lubricating position the bushes in their spot
Place caster rod back through the bushes and LCA
Place nuts on the end and tighten
***DONT FULLY TIGHTEN THEM AS IT COMES LATER ON***

Step 2
Reposition the LCA back into the K-Frame and put bolt in and nut
Again dont fully tighten.

Step 3
Put lower shock bolt back through and tighten.
Put sway bar link pin back into position. Put bush back on with washer and nut and fully tighten.

Step 4
Bolt tie-rod end back onto the stub axle assembly. Tighten and put split pin back in.

Step 5
Put wheels back on and tighten

Step 6
Now comes the tightening.
If you have a set of ramps then position them under the wheels and lower the jack.
If you dont, use bricks or wood but please make sure it is fully stable before going back under the car

Step 7
Let the car sit at ride height and and tighten the caster bush front nut, LCA inner nut, lower shock bolt and caster rod rear nut

Make sure all washer are put back in their original places.
Look at how it all comes apart.
If needed take photos of it all.

Hope this helps you change your caster bushes

Cheers

Well I got the bushes for castor rod to chassis (heavily worn) they were about $70-$80 for fulcrum bushes. Then of course there's the bush located in the lower control arm i daresay they might be the same price maybe less?
