Hey guys just a quick one really...

Got given a set of shabby looking extractors over the weekend.

Exhibit A)
Image

See how they look like arse?

$3.99 for a wire wheel from autobarn and an electric drill...
And about 30 mins of my time we have...
Exhibit B)
Image
and then about $12 for a can of spray paint we have...

Exhibit C)

They were "MOTORVATION" brand... the little welded on tag flicked off when the wire wheel got too close...

I'm shit at this sort of stuff but was pretty happy with how they turned out...

Took about 2 hours total spread out over most of the day cos iIwas doing lots of other shit.

The septone Rust Converter works well too.
you just paint it on with a brush leave for 10 minutes, the wipe it off with metho and then a damp rag
hardest part using that stuff was getting it all off - as it left the pipes all sticky so i just quickly gave them a sand before painting them.
