400,800 and 1500grit wet and dry and an hour on the polisher. The grilles on the EF's are alloy, good for polishing.

i reckon the grill would look better with a ford badge though.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing but only have a big ford badge, so until I get a smaller one this will do as its hiding a rivit.
