Gambel's new EL XR6

Postby gambel » January 21st, 2010, 9:28 pm

Hey everyone,

I've finally picked myself up an xr6 after long months of looking.
1998 EL XR6 with all the standard features plus some
Factory Manual
270000kms
Dual fuel ( runs perfect on both )

Added extras with the car:
Lowered all round on pedders springs and shocks
2 1/2" exhaust
Slotted front rotors
Heavy duty clutch ( don't know brand )
Venom front bar

Apart from being rough around the edges the body is straight as an arrow and interior is near perfect, and as for mechanically well I drove it home from Adelaide on the weekend to Newcastle with no problems at all! Not bad for a $3000 car.

Thats pretty good for $3,000.

EL XR side skirts and rear bar to finish off the body kit?

Since you're from newcastle, I might see you around somewhere ;-)

My car is like in my display picture except with an EL grill now, after a bit of a crash I had to get a new front end.
