It still shows how much torque your putting to the ground in that gear ;) useless for torque at the engine. But I'd rather know what I'm getting at my tires personally.

And yeah venetians don't take to long to get use to seeing out of though. Then if you take them off it's like whoa massive view lol.

^^ yeah i too fully understand this.. its exactly right, couldnt of been put better, every little thing after the flywheel affects/alters the reading... the only thing i was caring about when it was put on the dyno were the afr's(and the kw's maybe a little bit ;-) ) there safe so im happy..

yeah ill get used to the venetians.. when i drive it more often haha

Yeah torque atw is pointless for comparing to other cars. But I personally like it simply for knowing about my own car. See I could go set my ef up identical to yours with same power on same boost etc. But you might still get a heal more torque then me :) so would think that would mean yours would do a better skid lol.

Or that I could just have smaller tyres to you so my car would read more torque...or I could put sick as fcuk 20zzzzz on and have no measured torque.

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. Where are you? ...You're on BoostedFalcon, reading the signature your signature could be like! Anything is possible when your car looks like my car... I'm on a computer.

ABS = spongy brakes, but you'll slow to about 60

non-ABS = lock up at 100 & skid past the roo doing about 95. But you'll look sick doing it

cheers snyderdude, yeah its great fun, i rarely drive it now on my p's, i lost my license for a year and only just got it back so its not worth risking doing it for another 6 months, im glad i put the turbo on it pretty much straight away because i had alot more spare money back in the day when i did it, will have a few more updates on her soon, new wheels, new gearbox and hopefully new ecu also.. but few weeks/months away for those things.

hybrid - its got a 6:1 reg on it at the moment, its a garret GT4082 im 90% sure, i sussed it all out at work when i got it, but that was more than a year and a half ago now so i could be mistaken

Well i finally got motivated and got this thing out, after having it sit parked up in my driveway for 6 months, mostly becasue i cooked an altenator on my El daily 4 months ago in some floods and borrowed the one of this then sold the daily with it on. Anyway I got her out 2 weeks ago and decided to take some happy snaps of it today.

It has got a set of 19inch lenso's on now but other than that everything is as it was last update, everythings pretty well fine still gotta roll gaurds and do some little tidying up jobs, but the biggest issue is with the gearbox, at higher speeds it doesnt put any(maybe little) drive through untill its at about 2500/3000 rpm.. ive planned to do something with the gearbox for a while now anyway, such as get a 2800 stall, PWR tans cooler to replace the undersized one it has now and the valve bodys modifyied by mv automatics and chuck it all into a 4 speed out of an AU that i picked up off a mate, so ill get onto organising parts for that during this week and hopefully have done a week or so after i get everything.. then i can start chasing more kw again  anyway heres a couple of shots from today.

The paint isnt the best up close unfortunately :glare:. Yeah the wheels do suit it extremely well, way better than i ever thought they would.. Back when they were put on for a "few weeks" while a mate swapped his EL with my 15in steelies on.... which 6 months later turned into another mate, on boosted as ronnie, buying them off the original owner.. then lastly i swapped him a set of 15inch i think EF Fairmont alloys and some cash and scored the lenso's,, without ever having taken them off the car
