Hey guys so about a month ago my ba got written off due to stupid friends driving it the monday night I went and bought this beast

Its an au fairmont series 3 stock as a rock besides the rims and it being lowered ImageImage

Going by those photos, looks like you got yourself a series 1 with a S3 bodykit, sorry bro.

What year is it?

That boot spear is definitely s1, rear bar is s2 rebel/s3xr.

Not a bad looking monty at all, I like it. 6 or 8?

The entire front nose looks S1 to me. Got any interior shots?

Registration brings up 07/99 compliance, so it's an AU1. AU2 release 04/00, AU3 early '02.

TFW not AU3.

It's a real bitsa - I've always preferred the S1 boot spear to S2/3. Looks like it has S3 side repeaters. Got any interior pics?

How do you buy a car not knowing the year? What VIN did you punch in to ETIS?

Although looking at the pic on my phone its hard but I see the caliper on the front could be the bigger set

Woops!!!

Zooming in on the wheel it looks to me like the caliper is the small on the rear s1 type.

Where did you buy it from and did you do the reg check or the seller?
