So its been a little while since I've updated,
Well I've managed to get my DeCorsas resprayed and the cracks filled in so they look brand new! :D (Big thanks to [D1SKNT] pat for the awesome job he did!! :drinks2: )
I also got some white halos (circular lights) to fit perfectly over the xr lights, I'll get some pics up when the weather isn't so poo :P
and last but not least thanks to pat again for changing my cam over for a Wade 977b! :D that I bought off Damo (XR_Lightning ,also big thanks!) a few months ago...I noticed the difference straight away when I first drove it, Sooo much more power!! :D will have to get a video of it first starting up when cold too, sounds tuff as F***!! for a i6 at least :P

just get a J3 chip and go CVE or something
but yeah you will just go through soo much fuel without one lol
you can increase ignition advance and get the fuel mixtures right and should shit in 150rwkw

yeah, I just msgd Paul about it and sort of organized for a j3 and tune for this Saturday, I've already got about 123.5rwkw stock, shouldn't it have closer to 160-170rwkw? or do I have wishful thinking? :lol:

lol 160+ is happy dyno spec.
ported head, bigger valves and higher comp would net 160-170
the 977b is still a pretty mild cam, 1521 would give you your 170rwkw with supporting mods.

but rwkw aside, the 977b does give a good torque increase across the board.

hey man, I'm not sure for just a tune, I only got a price for the whole lot (chip, tune and power runs)
possibly around the 5 hunge mark for tune and dyno printout if I'm remembering right, hell yea man!

Okay, so I ended up getting a J3 chip and tune on satdy, I ended up making 140.5rwkw :D I'm pretty happy with the outcome, felt soo much smoother and punchier, until a stuffed a spark plug about 5mins after it all got finished :glare: but got my self a set from Paul and now runs even better :grin:

I was waiting for you to say that!!! :lol: Paul reckons that was a reason for the dyno not showing much in the low end of the power figure, but it's rectified now and doesn't matter
