Just the standard ones. The bonnet is mostly fibreglass.

If you get some new struts from Ford it should be fine. They make HD struts

should be able to pick up some hd struts to suit it reasonably easy

Because it's a daily driver and I cbf with a HD clutch everywhere. Also because I'm hardly ever dropping the clutch everywhere and doing skidz so there's really no need for it.

***UPDATE***

Took the car to Kev's place Friday night to have the firewall strengthened and the pedal box welded up right and also for the new clutch to go in.
Everything is fixed now and the car is drives real nice again. Winnah!

Big thanks to Kev and Bomber for lending a hand all day Saturday to get the job done. :drinks2:
