Might get some lowering blocks for the rear again seems the easiest way to go about it!! I dont actually think it looks that bad even with the stock height, utes dont seem to look as bad compared to sedans when they are on the higher end of suspension. The calais would look rancid at this height, but dunno seems to pull it off ok in the ute!

Nice, they 20's? One of my mates has these exact wheels on his mercury silver BA XR6 and looks good too. He's already buckled one though, so watch out for pot holes!

Yea mate they are 20's. Mmm they say the same about FRs buckling easy but 3 yrs on still knock on wood nothing. I try avoid big potholes regardless... hopefully they hold up! should be fine

cheers johns!

yea man they look similar! a part of me is still thinking i shoulda kept the rims they first put on by accident i rocked up and they fitted these matt black bbs kind of style no lip just kind of like flat... but because they were matt black just looked tough as guts... but in the shock and confusion of it all i was like wtf you blokes put the wrong rims on!

When i came back i was almost like **** put the other ones back but it was too late! these are slowly growing on me now! :banghead:

Simmons bend as they're basically a race wheel so the outers are sacrificed and replaced. Better than bending the centres!

The impulse buy looks good!

Put some lowering blocks in the back doesnt look as jacked up in the back toyed with the idea of going lower but this will be hard enough fitting chains to during winter as it is so this is probably how it will stay

Yea cheers Justin pretty happy with it! its prob a taaaaad higher on flat ground my driveway is a bit crooked but you get the idea. This is prob all ill do now happy with how it is maybe just throw my sub in it and replace a few interior pieces here and there.

Comes up good with a polish pretty wrapt with it really. Hopefully it lasts me a while without giving me too much grief should be ok i hope its still fairly low km

Thanks Wilsonator!

The ute nice and dirty with old mate who appeared at our camp site. Did a bit of damage to the rims that weekend had to replace one cause it buckled it was going through a mass pot hole at 100km/h though... already got a new rim for 200 bucks so wasnt so bad... heres hoping it doesnt happen again soon!

Does anyone wanna buy my 20s??? ones above the rear tyres are fried and one of the front wheels has a slight buckle cant even see it but has a slight knock/rattle whatever you call it at speed. Can put it on the back prob wont notice, or buy a rim i got one replaced for 200 bucks before.

Only after $500 20s tyres are cheap these days so at that price not negotiable bloody cheap for 20s.

I just cant be fucked with 20s in general.
