White rocks! Just slam it on the TurboBlades, tidy cruiser :)

Ditch the stickers, ditch the wing, get a catback exhaust and save for something else :)

I'd put some clear blinker's on the front, lower it and dark tint... some bigger wheels too.

I like the look of EA,EB and ED's without spoilers.
And that ford sticker has to go! :P

Heaps of potential there.

You can have one of the best e-series around if you do the right thing, you already have a perfect starting point.

Wing looks like the XR type, so that can stay.

Neon's, stickers and anything else to suit Lancer can go in the bin.

Lowering it, clear front indicators and sports exhaust (don't even think of a ricer cannon) and the car will be the start of an ultimate cruiser.

One piece of non car advice, pretypre your post in a 'word doc' and run spell check. This will make your posts easier to read and understand.

Good luck mate, show us updated pic's!
(Stickers and toys can be removed today ;))

what was said a few posts before. if its really got 40k on the clock you got an ultimate car. looks like no damage, do small mods cost you less then 500 bucks and it would be looking sweet, throw another grand at it, extractors, exhaust and cam and your gonna make some nice power. seeing as its almost a new motor it wont need a rebuild.

its the perfect starting point

Yeah 40Ks on it is brilliant. Lowest milage on E-series anyone?
Mate, in all seriousness, get it lowered. Get some BA XR8s. Swap the interior around to an EL XR on (straight swap).
Chuck a DVD screen in there. Exhaust, extractors, cam, thermos.
And for chr**t's sake, take those damn stickers and toys off there you sissy! :P

ELXR interior isnt a straight swap. Rear seats are, front seats have different rails. ED Ghia FTW..

$1000 will get you some decent condition second hand stuff.
If you hunt around, you could get extractors, exhaust and a cam, lower springs for $1000
That way, for a small amount, you have a car that goes and is low to da erf
Just my opinion for ya :geek:

Going get some of that sound proofing shit for the boot, as I’ve just blown it off the frame.

Wish I took photos but dad doesn't know yet, so I fixed it ASAP

Just imagine the outtercase of the boot coming off the frame from the inner boot.

A big bloody mess and a big problem. Very scared to put the subs back on. Hope no damage was done to the gas bottle

Does anyone know here I can get it cheap? Or is there a cheaper and better solution to my boot problem

And another thing, I’m keeping my stickers I decided it makes me very easy to distingwish from all the other white fords.

And the wheels are coming ether this Friday or Sunday

Can’t decided between the BF typhoon type 2

Or the BBOSS ones in my DP, both 19"

Please let me know which you all reckon will be best?

my fairlane had the same issue. old age is the main factor...

i used expanda foam in the framework to keep the metal away from the frame a lil and then flashtacked it (30 bucks a roll from bunnings) went from major rattles to none at all... and for a total of under 40 bucks.

However, like everyone else said, scrap the sticker on the bonnet and the neons, also what possessed your dad to put that sticker on there in the first place?
