Got this thing finished off tonight. Had some trouble getting it started, although it helps when you get the fuel lines connected the right way around
Also, two of the injectors were stuffed... Put them on our injector testing rig and found cylinder 4 & 6 weren't firing at all, so we eventually decided to replace the whole lot with the old motor's injectors, and she fired straight up.
I'll track down a couple of other EL injectors later on and swap them over again.
Anyway, the finished result:



She goes much better now, although there still are a few minor things to fix up. The BBM doesn't switch yet, as we still have to make up a frequency switch, the oil pressure sender needs to be swapped over for the ED's one, and the temp gauge doesn't read anything, so the thermostat housing will be drilled and tapped for the sensor tomorrow.
The revs hang a little bit on gear change due to the Idle control solenoid which is annoying, and it doesn't really compression brake anymore... I'll just have to figure that out later.
New clutch is awesome! Its just a standard PBR, but it shits all over the worn out thing that was in it!
Also, we discovered that at some stage in its past, someone had fitted an eBay +20hp resistor mod into the intake manifold air temp sensor... no wonder it ran rich
