Yeah [YAGGY] plated heritage green EF XR6, then a fully financed regency 1998 EL2 XR8 with dodgy second gear that he copped a lot of shit for but sold at a half decent price, then a black pearl ED Fairmont which is now for sale here somewhere.

Then he disappeared for a while while he concentrated on his solo music career which was detailed here and there on his yagz.com site lol, complete with photos of the man himself wooing the ladies with his guitar sickness.

Sundeep, I said in a couple of months people might be losing their cars (BAMKII) and there will be an influx in the market.

So flattering that Sundeep knows my life story.. He must really care about me..

Anyway, i DGAF about prices of turbos. Pay what you pay, done.

And yes, I woo the ladies.

Yeah Jared, there's another one here: http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/pri ... bo&trecs=2

Speak to Danny aka headsex (on other forums) he got well over 300 with his XR6T. He has all the tuning programs.

Is it silent or is it dosing?

Block off the side that goes to the intake and loosen the tension on the spring. Download the instructions for it off the site.

I have the same bov.

You can get uncrew either side and put a plug in it.

It's dosing.. does dosing damage the turbo?

If it goes pssschhhh that means its working properly, whereas if it doses it means it's pretty much fully closed causing the excess boost to go out through the turbo again?

Well the gearbox oil i ordered specially from Sydney got here today.

Will be doing a complete fluid change tomorrow, and fixing the BOV dosing problem.

What would you guys recommend for diff oil? I'm just going to use some LS90 in the diff?

You'll want a nice R&B cottonseed oil, maybe touch hardened to make it a bit more robust?
It will still tend to gum up when cold, so I recommend alot of skids and regular replacement.

Yaggy,

Section 4.2.3 of the ford service manual says; "Caution: When refilling diffs be careful to use well ripened and tested banana peel additive to reduce chatter."
