Good stuff nut. It'd keep most things honest on the highway.

Why not chiptorque

Yeah, every gear just gets better and better lol.

3rd loses traction but doesn't bake up.

We stopped using chiptorque because rob left, so did Matty.

So BPS it is now, and James Is a top bloke.

Mods, can you make me thread starter please??

lol i understand the turbo breaths better and lower psi is needed to make the same power....but maxed out at 16psi? Just means it would make shitload more power (400+) with 20-21psi

iCER, The BPS dyno reads low. 383rwkw there would be 400+ elsewhere.

Yeah matt was a champ, really good bloke.

Nope not happy yet, he's getting a GTX35R, billet rail, second 044, 1600cc and probably E85.

Your an idiot. At higher revs the turbo can't push any more air, so the boost bleeds off, the turbo is topped out.

Other cars can probably make 20psi and 400rwkw but they are stock motors without head work and cams, and as Brett said this dyno reads low.

You read into dyno figures way to much!!!!

fair enough.

i was just more interested that they cant put any more boost than 16psi into it. dont really care for the dyno figure.

Why didn't you run 30 psi on your stock turbo instead of changing the internals?

:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: A GT35R/3540/3582/ whatever the **** you want to call it only flows so much air. This car requires more air than the turbo can flow. THAT is how it has maxxed the turbo!

My bad was 395 On the dyno through the Convertor before I moved to e85. Eitherway round the low 400s. Never heard anyone goin much more. But of you can and want to run lean go for it! Manuals and autos with Convertors and different dynos will vary in results a fair bit but you will see about 400 either way
