Got some pic's tuesday but waiting for someone to put them on the computer.

Spent the afternoon today at Blue Power 1st run got 150rwkw then the 2nd run again was 150 then a minor ajustment made it see 157.0rwkw.
im stoked with the outcome, and cant wait to get a tune done on it to see alot more the 157rwkw but ive got two buckled rear wheels wich will need replacing/fixing, so im looking at somthing simple like FG XR rims or maybe some nice 18"s.

Nothing like seeing a cop trying to find a turbo that doesn't exist.

cruising along out in the hills, started slipping a little, didnt seem to notice much untill i started getting to some big **** off hils and it just revved then eventually got worse untill it was no longer drivable then i pulled over. trail of fluid behind me and once i turned the car off then turned it back on to push it off the road the warning lights poped on.

yeah as i said last night $10 on split line to standard shitty trans cooler....

once you get it looked at if they say thats what happened dont bother fixing it with another factory line just get an aftermarket trans cooler and run your own lines from as close to the trans as possible... cost maybe $100 for the cooler and who knows how much to get installed (can do yourself quite easily) ford also had problems with the transcoolers in the radiator splitting and allowing coolant into trans and trans fluid into cooling system.....

why they bother with 2 in 1 coolers is beyond me.

That's how my first box in the EB went :(

They use 2-in-1 coolers so that the gearbox temp is strictly goverened, I remember AaronEF8 mentioning it in another thread.

That's kinda good news if it's just a line. Agree with Bentles regarding the cooler.

Kester wrote:cruising along out in the hills, started slipping a little, didnt seem to notice much untill i started getting to some big **** off hils and it just revved then eventually got worse untill it was no longer drivable then i pulled over.

I'd say that BTR is well & truly fvcked. The exact same thing happened to me, I came to a slight hill on the highway and noticed it slipping a little, then another 2kms down the road it was just revving & lost pretty much all drive. It was still drivable after that (... after the trans line was replaced & the fluid replaced) but it'd slip & change roughly & was just generally fvcked.

If anyone notices their box slipping, pull over immediately & do NOT attempt to drive on. The box can be saved if you pull over immediately. If you continue to drive, you'll kill it.
