Hey all,

Al many of you know i have purcased myself a new car, I got sick of waiting for the day i turn 25 so i can get my XY, So after selling a perfectly good F6 for an xy but not being able to insure it, ive had to wait till im 25... So i was browsing carsales just haveing a look at what was for sale.. i was considereng a BA xr8...but hmm still so many people have these or XR6t's. E430 merc's... 5 series BMW's .... then i spotted this.. there was only two for sale that i knew of... It had everything i was kinda on the look out for V8 manual and sunroof... not bad.. So i went and had a look one night.. It was unregested and hadn't been driven in a long time the rego had expired more than a year previous... But it was a clean car and im glad the photo's of it for sale didn't do it any justice. So i put down a deposit, He got it regested and roadworth and now it sits in my drive way.

And yes its god damn slow! but it sounds great, the red interior is a bit eek as well but i guess its esentually a AU GT and should hold its value.

thats awesome, the best au model by a country mile, and then some.

agree about the red interior, sorta looks like what someone would do to a vr to make it look like a full sik retrim lol... easy fixed if you wanted though.

any plans? i think people will have some high expectations after blkphn....

hope theres gonna be a vid after the new exhaust goes on, the stroker wheezers sound awesome on song. :drinks2:

Cheers Mate,
yeah the interior is a bit over done but ah its amazing how many normal everyday'ers like it, And if i re trim it its just not the same it was ment to come out like that so it stays.

As for plans nothing like blkphn.. this is only to tie me over till im 25 so it is getting a exhuast intake and tune thats it.

I'll try get a video up, but they never sound any good from a camera..

OK, all I want is your suspension and intake manifold and TB, is that asking for too much? Seeing as your not worried about how fast it is anyway.

Compared to the BLKPHN which had three hundred and 11ty billion rwkW, anything would be slow!! Considering this would still wipe the floor with my bucket, I wont be taking you for a ride in it any time soon! :?

Interesting - our friend up here with the TS50 was marginally but definitely faster than NUT347s manual XR6T at freeway speeds.

Mine car is still faster than the TS when it is only running on 5 cylinders :P

Very very nice Tristan, all your cars are absolutely mint and this ones is no different! Any engine bay shots?

I don't believe you'll stop at an exhaust, intake and tune tho. I'm sure a kenne bell will make its way on to in the not to distant future! :drinks2:
