Sure mate, here is a few more
This is the projector screwed into the original projector housing, I cut the back bulb holder section off, so it could sit in nicely.

This is the outer section with the clear glass stuck on. I have painted the outer edge black to cover the crappy looking silicone (use black silicone to avoid that)

Then you just put the projector inside with a few spacers (as the new projector hits on the glass at the front)

Well the old girl survived a trip down to Tasmania and Back the week before last.
No troubles at all. Not bad for a 5370km round trip :)

477rwkw 24psi. 9.80 @ 145mph

Yeah mate big trip, but loved every minute.
Would turn back and do it again tomorrow if I could.
