Talk to Mr. CVE on here.
He will be way better then casey automotive for the tune.

Being just up the road from casey automotive I've heard something's from their ex customers.

But at the end of the day it's your choice who tunes it :)

Got my new clutch today
Its an exedy buton clutch modded to handle 450kw at flywheel
Also got my car at auto elecs getting air fuel ratio boost guage and everything fitted I can do it myself but with the car being done properly I rather pay someone to do it 100% as my wiring looks shit house haha
Had a massive boost leak fixed that
And I've been driving around smashing 10psi boost All week untuned had no issues lol
Getting a tickford head I had laying around modded
Getting 47mm valves instead of standard 41
Stronger valve spring new collets
Rocker train mAchined to suit a wade turbo cam
1.3mm headgasket set from The au falcon
Anyone else have any good ideas to help me get the 300rwk mark not stopping till I get it!!!!
I'm gonna build a forged bottom end early next year hopefully
For now though ill keep throwing engines I'n haha hope that don't happen though car untuned on 10psi flys lol
Cars off the road till December as almost of p plates when its abit closer ill book I'm for the 3inch zorst.
Then fmu fuel reg 12:1
Ba turbo injectors overhAuled and opened up for more flow
And finally a tune :)

man its hard to understand you at times!

300rwkw isn't a huge effort for a turbo falcon. but you MUST get a tune.
i melted a piston when i though my tune was good and that was with a wideband gauge.

sounds like your a bit all over the place with getting shit done. do what is required for your car to run. if you do it in the wrong order and still drive you will break shit.

don't worry about a wizzbang head and bottom end, get your fuel, exhaust, spark and management sorted first. getting these things right will make the world of difference.
you dont need a $4000 head to make 300rwkw :)
with a healthy engine and turbo supported by the right bolt ons and fuel etc shouldn't need any more than 15psi to make 300rwkw. you must get the setup right though.

you're splashing a shit load of cash at this car so if its not right to drive, dont drive it!

I have shot you an email with some questions. Shouldn't need both an FMU and 42lb injectors, but I would prefer to talk more with you about the setup and what you are looking for before I make any recommendations.

Pulled the clutch out tonight flywheel is getting machined in the morning as ill fit clutch tommorow night
I'm hoping my fmu will come ASAP so I can book in for a tune
With my setup running 9psi on standard engine should I get 250rwk
Also as the car already goes good but with a safe tune will I loose power all gain power I hope I don't loose any as the car goes good now but its not crazy power? I was hoping for more power that is all

The way I c it aswell if I decomp engine but am limited to 9psi boost because of j3 chip there is no real point as I would loose power unless I threw more boost in?
Sorry for dumbarse shit but I'm still learning even no I'm fully qualified mechanic tuning side of everything is still confusing haha

The fmu fuel reg do I put it in the return line?
Also if I put in fuel line before standard reg the standard reg will just override it?
Help will be appreciated guys lets get my car on its way to making some real power
Also my aim is 300rwk so help me get there any tips all info to get me there would be great :) :) I'm pumped

You won't make 300rwkw below 10psi
I can't understand the redt of your post.
The only reason you need a rising rate fuel reg is to compensate for lack of ability to tune fuel on boost.
I personally wouldn't use one as it puts a massive strain on the fuel system. 10psi is plenty for a street car when tuned and setup right.
Its all your t5 will take if that anyway.

I had my car idling the other day and on idle when oil warms up it looses oil pressure?
Do you think it could be
i t-pieced my oil switch to run the turbo feed line maybe it not reading on guage as good as it should
My car has always had poor oil pressure but never lost it but the engine doesn't rumble and sounds perfect.
My engine is tired te previouse owner must've cooked the shit out of it

Thrashing it on boost while untuned may have caused detonation killed your bearings.

Haha I listened I had planned on getting it tuned on Friday this week hopefully I can get the boys at work to fit the reg
Engines still fine it smokes until it warms up then its normal just has no oil pressure at idle since fitting my new high energy sump plus turbo
Having to have. 6 weeks minimum off work for my hand sucks lucky I was saving for engines and tunes it will be going sick by January I can wait
