The best bit is it still seems to have a factory like appearance.
The wheels/Bulge look so much like they're meant to be there.

This car gets my attention everytime.. makes me change my mind and want a bonnet bulge.. and I would if I hadnt just had my bonnet sprayed. :-P 2500 sounds great, Ive spent that already on panel damage and paint and Ive only had 2/3 the car sprayed, good incentive to get it finished. Cant believe your thinking of selling it after just getting it looking so sweet.. reconsider :good:

Re: DOMN8N'S EL ghia

Postby YOUNGY09 » January 6th, 2013, 4:07 pm

Btw I'm painting it the same colour good choice of paint it turns heads everytime I drive it the car is no where near the condition you had it in now but the leather has a rip in it etc but the car will be better then ever soon
Leather is getting fixed
Full respray same colour
Turbocharged have full kit building the engine as we speak will have over 300rwk
Ba bulge
Just put DVD screens and new speakers twin subs everything in it
Diff was rebuilt with 3:45 and reco LSD only had 3:23 gears goes faster now
All I can say is whoever you sold to before me fuked the car didn't care for it at all and they should be shot they traded it I'n across the road from my shop was there not even a day and I brought it as so did 2 other people we had to fight for it they wanted 1700$ I said 2grand cash and got it I wasn't going to loose it bargain for 2000$ with 6months rego with the rims and everything anyways
Carnt explain how happy I am to see what it will look like when I get it resprayed in a few weeks spoils the surprise but ae looks tuff as it was paint is still mint but has couple diners and paint fades on roof sick of polishing it so thought get while car done as I dnt want it fading anywhere else

Hey man can't really understand what your saying but I think I know what your saying but you need to add paragraphs when you say things like you say it because it becomes really hard to read because the way you say it when it gets said that way

I think the translation is:

"Yay, I finally found out about the history of the car I just bought! The person who owned the car before me totally fucked it but I'm going to try and return it to its former glory by repairing all the things on it that are stuffed. I've already replaced the diff and fitted some DVD screens and subs into it.

I'm also going to build a motor for it and put a turbo on, hoping for over 300rwkw."

Welcome to the forums Youngy - You've started with a good car and it seems you got it for a really good price. Good luck with the turbo setup, you'll find pretty much any information you could possibly need to know about E-series cars on these forums, but you'll find it a lot easier if you take a little extra time to use paragraphs, punctuation and at least have a bash at proof reading before you post. Some of us here are old (like, over 30!!! ) and we get the shits when people can't type :)

Haha sorry guys was excited!!
Thank you for re writing my post and yes I have a good start with this car doman8ns built a good car as we all have seen.
Its a shame about who brought the car had ran it down so badly but it will be returned to its glory soon.
Thank you and how do you upload pictures? Very hard I'm shit with technology.
I would like to post about my build also I care about the car that much I have to run intercooler pipes under the k-frame so no cutting but of a mission but it will be done.
Getting a professional respray the same colour (artic blue) but will be a tad different more shine and glitter all whatever will look amazing.
Engine will be getting built in the next 6months to handle the boost then bolted on bye the end of this year when I am of p plates :)
Please tell me how to upload pictures :)

haha ok twinlights i will resist got them priced $650 not worth it and thats un painted which doesnt affect me as being resprayed but i rather put that money towards turbo then lights
mirror tint will be on at 3pm today whoo no more burning my arse on hot leather haha
also i have supplied a new bonnet and ba bulge to the fibreglass joint its being moulded as we speek
as my panel beater is busy i thought i would get bulge moulded so all he has to do is get 3 tiny dits out and prep the car and paint it
ive offered him more money to take time in the respray and make it perfect
1 quick question i want a duffs tail spoiler think thats what there called the flat ones?
anyone no were to purchase that cheers

Theres no proper lip spoiler available for EF/EL's.

A few custom ones have been done.

Phat Custom Kits do one thats based on the BA DJR, but it doesn't really suit IMO.
