Hey Pat are the front of these things the same as EF/EL suspension wise?

yeah they have ef/el suspension in the front.

yer red wall would be nice but i like tire shine to much:D
want to get a set of taxi center caps and maybe a chrome ring but atm I'm happy. where can you get taxi caps from??? Ive try'd ebay but they got nothing.
also looking to get some NL repeaters so if anyone has a set shoot us a pm

Btw, I think you have a BA/BF stockie on your RHR, the fronts are FG (bigger gap between holes)

yer the rear's are AU and the fronts are BA bought the set being told they were all a matching pare so after a long ass drive to pick them up after work then driving home only to discover then i had 2 different sets. il just say i was pretty pissed off.

mildly interesting update!!!!

ive inherited a ED Ghia 5 speed for my Bday so hello track car, funds "if any" will at some point be directed at the ED getting it track worth.

the concept for this car is budget drifter so where ever i can save doller on this project i will, at the same time budget and drifter dont rly go together in the same sentence on a good day but i figure major things are cheap enough once broken e.g diffs, gear box, engine's. and the go fast bits ive already got.

il make a thread for it when i get the shed or carport back so till then...

plus the ute's the same, its daily driven so not much is going to happen to it besides a set of BA 18's once i get time to source 2 tire's

well i wasnt doing much but driving this thing and now it seams i cant do that now either.

story starts like this
pulled the dash out yesterday to get the pedal box out and fix a warped clutch pedal pivot point with a plate of steal i welded on there.
put it all back in the ar go to start and i got no smartlock light. or interior, radio i can get it to turn over the engine but no to fire.

i had the battery un plugged threw out the removal stage,I know if the baterrys been unpluged for long enough the smart lock has a womans moment and wont work unless you leave the key on ignition for about an hour so it can sort its shit out.

so i tryed that and still nothing. im now thinking the smart lock BEM modual" my XH it seams to be just one big modual" is fucked.
if anyone knows what the deal might be let us know. i just payed rego on a car that doesn't run :banghead:

This will cause the problem that you are saying. As this fuse does the interior light, smartlock. So if it blown smart lock won't have power. And positive your ute has the module just above the handbrake there. I know XG utes do, so if that was crook, pretty sure you could just replace the module ;)

so there is another module above the hand brake? what color is it? also if that fuse was blow would the radio not work as well?

Yeah there is remove the two screws that hold the plastic handbrake cover the you will see it. Depends on the type of vehicle, say ED faimonts have a RED one yet it will be different to a GLI. So not sure but you can't miss is square box. But I honestly think its a fuse sounds like its not getting power, and yes I think that fuse is connected to the radio not sure. But check the interior light one. That would be your first step.. Hope this helps pat

some doggy bs wire that looked like it had to do with an old car alarm but turned out it needed to run.

next mod is some bull bars so i can carry timber and also some new wheel studs for my hub adapters so i can run 16"stockys again and mabey a set of moon hubs if i get real keen.
