hows that going to work with flow? wont the air then travel into the radiator? it will have to sit right up high and have the cap above the radiator level

I spent ages cutting back the rocker cover until I was happy with it.... using a wire wheel etc, the plenum was previously
polished so I hit it with 800grit sandpaper to smooth it back then had CIC do their magic...

think whats his saying is the head that has the half moon piece and your rocker cover is flat over that section
when you could of bought a later model rocker cover that would of suited the head
love the shine though ;)

ahhk yeh
that rocker cover design is my favorite
but i believe i be getting an el one soon n polishing it up :)

just go anything in the high temp range, mine was engine enamel and has been quite good.
i've chipped it a bit from tools n shit, but its still quite bright and hasnt been affected by heat.
im going to repaint it with the wrinkle stuff in black soon

this was mine when i frst painted it, not too much difference in the paint other than the chips i put in it lol

get it ceramic coated... more expensive but lasts and looks awesome... never needs to be polished, just wiped over...

this was a night time shot from last night. i was making up a coolent hard line to the turbo that runs between the belt and the belt cover. using a EB/ED thermostat housing as they run 3 sensors, EF only run 1 so leaves me 2 spare spots. one for aftermarket temp sensor and the other for turbo feed.

it runs along until beside the power steering pump where it will go to a fitting then into braided hose.

ill also be doing the same deal for the thermostat top hose to the header tank.
