agreed! needs a snail, definitely a nice and neat setup otherwise, no untidy cables/hoses, done a very good job! anyone know how to get polished throttle body and other shit like that?

the throttle body is painted...
the BBM is polished, sand, sand sand sand...polish.
**** of a job and will take ages for something that will go dull again if not maintained.

my engine bay at the moment. the back corners my gun wouldnt get into but has been fixed but no pics. first time ever painting. cheap gravity fed spray gun, thought i done quite well. looking back i wish i got all the factory imperfections out of the metal before painting but looks better then it did.

Thought I would chuck up a pic of the new addition to our ford family.. Turbo AU. No aftermarket computer, running either really rich or lean and the engine bay is a mess but it was registered and a 'budget' build. Now that it is in our hands rearranging all the engine components since all the hard work has been done and a few extra things like a mod plate and a few new seats and maybe some paint... and once my partner gets his licence back it will be ready for him :)

Bit of a sleeper, original plan was to pull the engine and gearbox out of this one and chuck into mine but we have since acquired a complete XR6 falcon for $1000 sos tripped it today and next week work to turbo it :)
