i reckon get genuine rear tail lights tho

some people will bag me for what i paid, but ive seen people asking more for much much shitter cars lol

list of things to be changed
remove engine bay stickers
remove monster tacho
lift ride height(once the hole in the floor above the tail shaft uni is repaired i dont want it coming back)
remove tinted tail lights
fix exhaust rattle
secure some body trims etc
refit all boot carpets and trims etc
2 new tyres


it has a vs clubsport 5litre, 5speed, interior and door trims and centre console.... blower was bought as a grenaded unit sent back to capa for full work over.. loud as **** (maybe has straight cut gears in it?) genuine vx clubsport 18s new ball joints, caster bushes, swaybar link rubbers, upper rear trailing arms, vt brakes, hsv momo style wheel... has had full respray but its not like a million dollar paint job, but it looks alot nicer than the usual "faded ass paint" that all vn's seem to have oh also has pacies, high flow cats and twin 2.5 whole way to the ass... sounds pretty sick...

dunno it was tuned on the old motor, which died and the vs clubby motor went in, it hasnt been retuned it feels fairly solid to me and goes pretty good, but its been too long since having my rex/ba or being in holmsys car to compare... id hazard a guess at 200+.. has no problems with wheel spin... oh also mini spooled stock ratio diff...(if i get sick of it, 3.7 lsd going in) but the mini spool isnt that annoying compared to dylans when he had a mini spool

i rekn the VNs look fucking mad on chasers with chrome trime, VE clubby rims, matrix, or walkenshaw rims

if i did change the rims(i reckon the ones on it suit it well tho) id go senator signiatures.... they are so over used now but look fuckin horn still so im leaving the clubsport wheels, cos i can get tyres cheaper for them lol

uno the best ive seen is the monaro rims on the vn calais with the lower section of the car that silver colour

Leave it as is on the outside looks good! Polished rocker covers and blower will look good.

VN+VP done up nice not over the top look awesome.

Ok I am pleased it is definatley factory manual vn ss. Checked some of the model codes etc and it is 100% legit. However it has fiberglass grill skirts etc etc. And the spoiler holes in the rear quarters are welded up which is a little odd . I paid less than 9 for it which some say is alot for a vn but people are chasing tht for el xr8s these days stock auto etc etc
