I had a go at editing the BS outta the thread but failed. CBF.

She goes bitches, and she's very close to being on the road.

Just had her 5th gearbox installed, new thrust bearing, clutch and pressure plate and shit too. I bought TUFPAK as a donor but the gearbox and clutch were too gone to bother. It started on the 3rd kick, 1st go. Winner.

It sports some NA action now. Extractors, exhaust, high flow cat, DEV4 cam, 3.7LSD, crow double valve springs.

Gay as.

But it runs!!!

It's been almost a year lol... was uber exciting to drive it again and pump the system.

Good work man! So is this the E-Series OG? I don't see what is so bad about the NA mods it has now, then again I wouldn't! :P Is that a full AU motor minus BBM? I would say it should be pushing 150 at the rears as it is, which isn't so bad!

10 second spec Dan lol :P I've been looking on ebay for whole EA-EL's and turbo kits and shiz at decent prices but there isn't as much as there used to be. Only half arsed though.

I doubt 150kw. Be lucky to get 130 lol. It has nice low and mid range pull but top end is lacking. It's done a exhaust manifold gasket already, coz I tried to recycle I think, so I'll have to change that and see if top end improves.

It's a EL1 motor.

Gday champ how are ya?? Listen just a word of Caution I am on my 3rd Accelerator Cable now and mind you the first one was the original and for 1 year i was driving around thinking I was getting full power but with the Heat of my headers was exposed to the cable, just like yours in the pic and it Literally Melted the outer black sheeth and the cable was stretching over time and therefore the butterfly flap never opened fully~. When you put a new one on Wooooo !! Dam does that engine Roar haha I wrapped the cable with corrugated tubing and hasn't missed a beat or twisted melted bent whatever, so yea.. just sharing my experiences people, check you CABLES !! you might have lost power haha. cheers.
