Posted: September 19th, 2010, 10:20 pmyeah i seen on youtube how it works on the xr6t as i had a little search for it but how do i set it/turn it on or is it automatically engaged when clutch depressed and 1st gear selected ? i thought it was an aftermarket add on kit and not a std factory feature ?

Just first gear, foot on clutch and it won't rev past 3800rpm.
Don't do it until you have at least 1500kms racked up. Let the motor run in a touch.

as for car, it keeps getting quicker and quicker ! must be self learning to a degree ! BOV fitted, goes in next week for 3000km checkover then its remap and some light jiggery pokery soon after !

anyway, lee @ RDP will be doing it ! maybe not for a while but defo !
tcs is pretty useless in these things ! 1/2nd and it spins/smokes till you change up ! turn it off and its rubber clouds ! so its already quick enough to embarrass 317 R8's...

Posted: March 3rd, 2011, 4:09 pmgetting better every drive ! box has loosened up a treat as it was tighter than two coats of paint ! but nice now ! pulls harder too now but need to watch as its a definite license loser ! too smooth and quick and 150+ is too easy to achieve with no effort !
