A full exhaust system Pacemaker 4480's>high flow cat>mandrel bent 2.5" exhaust, aftermarket cam(Wade, Crow, Surecam, Tighe cam etc) and some shorter diff gears. A manual conversion would do wonders too.

Manual conversion is pretty easy, is your car 3 speed or 4 speed ? If it's 3 speed it's even easier. I converted my old EA from 3 speed to manual with the help of a member off here, and it was the first major mechanical thing I ever did. The hardest part was putting in the manual pedal box, but that can be overcome these days by buying a manual pedal pin which you add onto your auto pedal box. Also aligning the clutch can be a bitch if you have never done it before. It took about 2 Saturdays, but that was due to having dodgy parts, and incorrect parts. If you can source the parts cheap, you could probably get it done for about $500 if you DIY.
