lol yeh well far as i know they make about 235rwkw stock
so on numbers it is.
not sure on the road cause they are completely different to drive.
anyone know what a stock turbo does on quarter mile?
it will be staying stock.
the most i MIGHT do is lower the back a little and maby wheels. not sure.
it will get traded in. in 11 months.

From what i can find. Wheels run a fg 6t at 235rwkw 13.1 1/4 mile
The xr8 is 13.7 from memory. So with a little extra weight for the ute it is probaly pretty close.
Im happy to have a turbo 6 and charged 8 tho

Most of the fg turbo utes stock have been been doing 13.0 to 13.1 at the strip. Wheels and motor are way off.

Actually I read it right. He said the sedans are running 13.1. The ute slower.
In actual fact the sedans are running 12.8 and the utes 13.1ish. So his xr8 running 13.7 should be slower.
What's ya problem burnt turtle?

Looks nice mate
FGs are quick as with the 6sp auto, fastest fully stock fg xr6t sedan is 12.59
Atleast get a tune done on it

im hesitant to do a tune n shit.
cause i know that ford can check how many times the thing has been re flashed.
i would consider little things like intake pipes n shit. things i can remove easily and put back to stock without anyone being able to tell.

thats it, its gotta be fast enough for a daily as it is... plus you said your trading it in 11 months so really money for tune etc is kinda pointless imo.
edit, what a replacement ecu worth? get one from a writeoff, flash that one to buggery and when warrenty issues pop up put the original never flashed ecu back in it...

most of the 2010 utes either have those, or the snowflake rims which im guessing is an option?

"fast enough" im still trying to firgure out what this means
i can kinda understand the warrenty side of things.. but it would be so so tempting to tune it anyway.

Ahh ok, I'm thinking of the 50th Aniversary's, they have the 18" Snowflakes Standard on the Turbo's.

I know it's your daily, but any plans for it? (Not necessarily mods, but road trips, hauling ass, chucking a swag 'n' flange in the back, etc etc?)
