Bretts Fairmont XR8TD

Hey my name Brett.
Decide it was about time to post about my 97 EL Fairmont on dual fuel.
I purchesed it when i was 17 nearly 18 for $3500 and here it is.
Its sitting on SuperLow kingsprings all round running pacemaker extractors with a 2.5 inch system, leather interior, XR steering Wheel, Blue Dash and trip computer lights, HID's, wade 1673 regrind and a electronic shift kit with a J3 Chip tuned by CVE making 136RWKW on petrol and cant remember what its making on LPG... Hoping to run a lil higher soon.

nice!! Lights look pretty sweet! as above white walls would be sex! I would love venetians in mine but wouldn't see them through the tint lol

I'll say it again, nice p plate cruiser. Can't wait until you get a full license and can add more go fast bits but 130's are very nice for now. You should buy the t5 out of sheepy's car. His selling it as a complete conversion and I'm sure he'd help you drop it in if you guys still talk.

lost my licence due to demerit points cause when i got done with the extractors it was 3 points and befor that i had 3 points taken off me for a speeding fine last year

A few people I know have been done for Paceys, mainly because of the colour. Something about emissions and not meeting the factory levels?
I just told VicRoads when I registered the EB as a V8 that I painted them

Well havent updated this page for a while but i will now

Was Just having a bit of fun for shits and giggles

Was rolling on these for a while

Picked up these and put some new rubber on them.. gave it a nice bath and a wax and took a snap with mumzys XR8 (BLAKXR)

Put some fog lights in and just changed the globe to a white LED.... so shiny lol

Since i was unlicenced i decided i wanted a manual
after a while of looking round and saving money i found one :grin:

I also decided to put a set of chrome door handles in amd painted the top part of the dash black.
Also unlicenced i manage to pick up new head that im planing on getting port and polished stage 3 and am going to install a 977b cam in a few weeks.

Bit of a update

Well i finally got around to getting white wall

Pretty happy with how they turned out

Heres a few snaps of them

Recently had the car on the dyno and was impressed with the power figure i got

Managed to pull 146.0 RWKW on petrol

and 135.2 RWKW on LPG

Had a few little issues with it on the dyno but have now fixed them and is yet to go bak n the dyno
