New Envi 04' BA XR6T Ute - Buy my 20s cheap!

Postby someLS1 » August 11th, 2011, 7:14 pm

Yes its true ive bought a ford first one in over 4 years!!

I still have my calais and have no intention of selling but after recently selling my vy 5.7ltr wagon daily i decided i wanted a ute holden utes seem pull way too much money so after looking at them for a while i set out looking for anything from au xr6/xr8 to ba xr6/xr8.

Was very lucky that just as my wagon was close to being sold my mate offered this bad boy to me and i couldnt say no!

So here it is 2004 silver BA XR6 Turbo ute very happy with it so far. 100% stock cept the rims.

My plans are to first get it RWC and registered in Vic then i wanna tidy it up a bit. Wanna keep it pretty stock being a daily thinking maybe just little things like an f6 cooler, maybe paint the rims black, and maybe stuff around with the stereo down the track.

Real bored tonight so thought id update this!

No huge updates on the ute but i threw a 12" sub and amp from my calais pumps now haven't had subs in years!!!
Also got some new xr6 and xr6t badges new driving lights cheers to Justin (Tuffcar parts). Painted my cooler silver :) Sorted out the tray got all the bars and bits and pieces ive been missing.

All i have left on my list is:
- New rear xr6 skirt and paint tailgate
- And maybe some minor lowering blocks!
- Maybe paint the wheels black (Cant find the photoshop Wilson did for me... do you have it John???)

Ill try get some pics but really lol looks the same in photos i guess but i havent washed it in almost a month so hopefully soon i can wash it and take some pics!

I cbf making another thread but i lowered my calais first time in almost 1.5years back to its old SSL height no troubles with scrubbing the rear rims so i was quite excited!!! Like i said im bored but for anyone interested here it is!

My mate got some lowering blocks just lower then fpv meh looks alright.

Well ill wash the ute and get pics tomorrow now that some fucksticks just egged the shit out of it out front yay

Josh i prob wont be updating a huge amount on the BA haha so i can just throw pics of the calais on here. They are 19s 8.5" front 9.5" rear im pretty sure or could be 8 front 9 rear lol something like that.

Yea John i plan too thats why i lowered it a bit but i dunno i might just go to the 2nd meet point at 12. Because im off to grand final celebrations today cars filthy (pics dont show) but i need to clean it and with this rain and gf i doubt ill get a chance to wash it today.

They really are stupid for making cruise gf weekend i think.

Just checked the stickers they are 8" front and 9" rear and the offset front says 43.0 and rear says 3.0

To be honest i have no idea what that means lol but maybe you do.
