Hey guys been frequenting these forums more often lately and have meet some good folk involved.
So i thought i would show you guys my ride.
After selling my Super Pursuit to rid myself of debt i picked up this little beast a year ago...

Came with a few special features
custom scuff plates

and some mirrored pieces in the tub

Im a builder so im not worried about the state of them
Gave the simmons a good clean

Bad bits were some rust in the passenger sill and a few other things needed for roady.
put sports ryder shocks in the front and a new set of tyres

Had an incident when we had the floods and every road going into my estate was covered with water.
So had to dry out the carpet, also shows the 6x9s I put in

FINALLY got a hardlid fitted from a place i would rather not mention
but looks the goods...

And a few shots from Pearly

Threw on some smoked all clear tail lights

Got stuck into customising the interior.
First up was some BA seats with the rails already modified

Shortened shifter

Some bling on the doors

I hate all the grey in the interior so i went to get paint and clear and the guy at autobarn told me about VHT vinyl dye (now i realise everyone uses it!)
So i started on some small pieces

Turned out better than i expected

Pulled off just about every trim piece and sprayed away over a couple of weekends

Came up looking really good. Put in a new stereo

And got an AU center console
Annnnnd new black carpet (one of my favorite mods so far)

Few niggles with the engine.
We thought it was a TPS issue with lots of backfiring and loss of power but at the CVE dyno day found out it was the MAF sensor so a new one of those fixed things right up.

Got new plugs and 9mm leads for it a few weeks back.
Also got EPAed so needed a new exhaust seeing my muffler was rusted out and my cats were all but gone.
So hallam performance did an awesome 2.5 inch system with hiflow cats, hotdog and hi flow muffler but with a flanged tail pipe so i can change it over with a big muffler on it for future EPA issues

Thanks guys, appreciate it.
The dye is holding up really well, looks stock and only my door handle has some chips on it.
Mind you that was with only 2 coats on it. So when i get the dash done i will go over everything again and it will come up shmick.
Its satin black not gloss, so i think thats why it comes up looking really good.

Wiring is top secret as my mate worked it out but mainly you got to swap your original wiring into the new wheel.
No plans for engine mods as its my daily work hack. I want a weekend cruiser so not spending much on the ute.
