AU3 EGAS Wagon - Phat Spec

After the EF's life came to an ambrupt end and Bethany having more injuries than me in the accident as I had the only airbag, I decided that the next car MUST have at least dual airbags. This pretty much left me with AU Futura onwards.
The hunt began, and after checking out numerous well worn examples, Bentley offered me his AU3 Egas for a price that was perfect for me.

As this wagon is pretty much a moving billboard for the guard rolling business, I had to make it stand out.
Step 1 was replace the standard grille insert with one from an AU3 Fairmont

Ingramm had a set of 19" Koyas for sale at a great price, so I purchased them the day the car went into my name.

I wasnt keen on leaving them black as they make everything behind the wheel stand out more, so they were painted (roughly) white. They will probably be powdercoated at a later stage.

Next on the list was suspension. I wanted it pretty low, and was told by numerous members of another forum that its hard to get AU wagons low.
I went to Pedders and had my leafs reset to the lowest they will do them.
Standard versus Reset.

Up front I went with Ultima short shocks and Ultralow King Springs.

While it was in the air, I rolled the guards.

Standard height, and the new lowered height.

Got the wheels on and the car all stickered up, then went to see Zac at Freshest Whitewalls to have 10mm Orange and 5mm White walls done to stand out a bit more.

The only other things ill do with this will be Polyair load assist bags for when we do dog shows with Indy and minor cosmetic mods like Fairlane window chrome, black or white headlight inserts and maybe chrome mirror scalps.
