I'm just going to put the stock ones back on for now.

I took them off 6 months ago when looking for rust and was too lazy to put them back on.

eBay moulded rubber ones are the go though. $80ish and they hold up great and look better than edging.

If I can get the stock ones on today Dad can take the car to vicroads for me tomorrow so ill just do that.

Modified cars Ftl anyway. They opened my bonnet straight away, which is my first time ever, and I've got nothing good under there. Not getting a full rwc ftw.

Clark rubber ftw, cheaper than ebay and works fine.

I was at Big River.

They got me on Big River Road on the way out. Didn't do any 4 wheel driving because I took the bike. I followed a few mates for a bit and **** it was slow going.

The best bit is that I was with a mate on 33's by 12.5 under his Suzuki Sierra. He had no flares and didn't get asked about it despite about 5 inches hanging out.

Here's a video of me eating shit.

And a picture of me saving babies with the flares refitted.

when you first hit the deck, I thought sounds like it hurt a bit. then i was like wtf and started laughing.

Not that I should laugh, had plenty of stacks. never got my helmet off before i got up though.

Yeah I hate watching stacks. I know that feels.

Getting winded always makes me sound like a retard.

I wasn't getting up for a bit so I ditched the helmet while I waited. Got up expecting it to be at my feet and it was 40 metres down the hill.

Bloody sore today. I don't think it looked as bad in the video. I've lost most of the skin on my left forearm, part of my stomach on the same side and my opposite ass cheek. I can't move my left shoulder much.

I wish they had goggle cameras when I got run over a few years back. That would have made an awesome video.

I've been trying to improve on downhill sections lately and have never been comfortable getting air off a jump/washout while going downhill before so I was working on that.

I nailed that one earlier in the day and did another loop of the same track but it bucked me as I went over the 2nd time.

I blame my new suspension. Plus Im shit at it.

Defect cleared. Dad sat at Vicroads for an hour and a half to get it done.

Great waste of time for everyone involved but at least some dirt won't get flicked up onto my duco.
