Snipez just got a bit carried away tagging. IIRC, some dicks spraypainted his car. They're actualky dark argents but the rear was spray-canned silver

I think thry'd look pretty good. A contrast. I seriously thought about ba gtps, hus offered me his for a good price, but thought they'd look shit on the heritage with no chrome.

Whats the go with your AC? I ask as mine is having issues, its either full hot or full cold (only when set on 16.5C)

Mines just blowing hot air.
Think it's gotta leak but not 100% sure.
Was slightly cold when I got it but now is just hot. In 40 degrees it blows 40 degrees.
Compressor engages and disengages so don't think it's that.
Might try and get a regas done to see if anything is obvious.

Yours sounds like the vent flaps aren't opening properly for the a/c.
But could be something else.

True that.
Kinda shit when one window won't come back up
though afterwards. Lol
It'll get fixed just requires some wallet goodies.

havent done any mods yet but done some repairs, as all older cars need.

have replaced:
RHR window reg
oil pressure sensor
coil
rad cap (had a stupid dial gauge one on it didnt work).
pedal box.

just need to get rid of the cbf's to replace my master cylinder then hopefully no more
leaks apart from the gearbox.

old cars are fun only when you can be fucked.
cheers

So I have done a few bit and pieces.
Fitted a ticky rear wing.
Painted it myself looks pretty shit but it'll do till
I get it done properly.
Image
Also fitted new shortened super low shock that I got
off ebay for $245 pretty good for the money.
Fixed the a/c and changed tx valve.
Fitted a aunger big mouth intake.
It's big enough to fit my arm to my elbow in it.
New tyres for $400 and finally got my camber right.
Also have a short shifter and new gear knob to put in.
Although that won't be done till I put the au 200kw engine I've got in first.
And I also got some stainless steel extractor from vpw for $235 from the great USA.
Anywho enough jibber jabbing.
Cheers daniel

Well thats a decent reason.
I firmly believe these types of e-series are hobby cars now. They cost too much to run and are easy to hate lol but the sporadic enjoyment makes them prime for weekend cruiser.

Yeh thats true.
Its still a great car but parts are getting rarer and harder to find.
And you need to be a real e series enthusiast to love them.
after owning a gtp its hard to love them as much.

If it sells yes.
But if it doesnt then it will be getting bits and pieces.
But sick of renting already after owning kinda hurts the pocket.
