selling the ltd buying a cheap daily taking the lane off gas and get some form of forced induction[/quote]

maybe keep the LTD & sell the 'lane as the 'lane has given you more problems ?

Just so you know our new cheap daily is a rolla ke55 pick it up next weekend it only has 132,000k's on the clock
1.3 Litre 3 speed auto now to get it reg'd and finally save money n pay my debts
wont mod it as its pretty much all original no welded diff for this one
so there you have it new cheap daily and it will be more reliable than the lane :yahoo:

nah iuts a toyota doesnt matter how u treat it they love it lol.
i think having 3 regos and insurance's would get to expensive for me on 1 wage but if u can afford it then go for it.
ur concorde is nice tho man i was with grechie at calder last time and i liked it.
goes well for a fairlane aswell.
good luck with the next engine mate.
cheers josh.

thanks josh and the rolla is my other 1/2's and she has consession so its good
be cheap n reliable as for the lane think i found a el engine with 164,000k's
so be lookin into that in the coming weeks and gettin the lane running and respect it
but plan to do a complete rebuild on the matching numbers engine

Well with the epa fine comin and costing $564 and just paying the rego on the LTD
its not looking likely for the aff meet as lane wont be ready thats 2 from 2
as for the lane its still sittin under a car cover but will be pickin up a AUII engine
as for the sump thats almost sorted

LTD seems to be runnin fine just coolant sensor and heater tap need replacing
Fitted x-series 14 inch wheels on the rear last night for no particular reason runs at 15.4l/100km's
i know the LTD will run 15.9 at the track its very smooth through rev range wanting a tezza shift kit though
and is dwell another term for timing?

you got 14's on the back? i thought EF onwards have the ridges on the calipers stopping the 14's from fitting, my old EL wagon and my gf's dads EF wagon both have that issue...

Always heard bout that but never had this issue and had the wheels approx 2yrs now.
these wheels been on both the lane and now ltd and havnt had a problem..
there actually stamped fomoco not ford it means the same though just pre80's i reckon.
bottom line is they smoke without an issue.
only issue i had last nite was goin through the windies near dromana in the ltd.
80km/h bumpy road riding on ultra lows exhaust scrapes and sparks.
love cruisin down that road.

As for the LTD was told by previous owner it has super lows all round bout 1 year ago
well i think someone was talking sh!t as i pulled out rear lows
so NOW it has super lows all round and this is how it looks now(Before n After)
