Fitted a new set of extractors to the lane recently to get the flow through and i got a set of Pacemakers 4480's
Heres how they look on the engine and im thinking of respraying the rocker cover blue also.

you left the old exhaust gasket in the bay :P looks good.

hehe yeah finally going chip n tune within the next month im thinkin j3 then cve tune but a mate reckons i should go to jim mock and get my chip n tune through them.
Then take it to aff drag day and have fun then retire it from the track. :drinks2:

So it finally went to Paul (Mr CVE) @ Hallam Performance who done a mint job
got the number i wanted

Engine work done - au2 engine,wade 1671au cam, cold air intake,pacemaker comp
4480 extractors,100 cell hi flow cat, 2 1/2 sports system.

the base run made 139.3 in the red then tuned with j3 and made the figure below

Fair effort Joel, good work. Gonna run it down the quarter again to see what time you can get from there? Also looks like it's got some decent torque as well.

Should be interesting to see what it does from here

yeah i think calder's next meet is friday 16th march so i'll be entering then cant wait to it back down the 1/4

latest ive done is cut a hole in the air box went to ford and bought a bf f6 snorkel
Then last friday went to calder in full street trim incl wheels/tyres set to 32psi and ran a 15.1
Car felt a lot smoother overall on the track and only got 1 pass due to how busy it was
So thats the latest so far

Forgot too mention that i bought another car Feb94 ED XR6 auto in red lowered on 18in fpv copies paceys and 2.5in system
needs minor work for rwc and comes with 9 months rego
one issue is it wont start in Park

yeah this is in LeMans red does need a good cut n polish but this will be left as is

Cars come a long way man, love the result on the tune good stuff :) :thumbsup: . Ooh nice purchase, it's a Feb 94 like my car :P. As for the starting problem try changing the inhibitor switch on the trans. It's the white thing with a piece of steel through the center, there usually the culprit. Good luck. :drinks2:
