Have had this car for just over 12mths now so I thought it was about time i put some pics up on here.
Car has been lowered,16x7.5 CSA rims,SSV body kit, Blitz bonnett scoop, clear corner and side (AU) indicators, Genie headers , 3" exhaust, painted engine cover, AU fairmont centre console, AU/BF interior lights, TE50 short gear lever, woodgrain steering wheel and gear knob, EL boot liner, RDA slotted front rotors with ECB Reds on front and Greens on rear, braided brake lines and a sound system that's not too bad.

How the engine bay looked when I got it.

How it looks now.

This is used as a daily ride but really belongs to the wife (keeps her out of my AU XR8).
Next thing fitted will be an SSV rear GT wing (she wants it and it's her car) so it looks a bit like the neighbours Track Car.

Thanks for the comments. As for any more mods, since it's a daily ride not too worried about doing anything to the motor. If I do something to the AU I'll just put on the EB what I take off. It's just a great car just to cruise in. Will be getting the cats replaced soon with metal cats (still has origional ones) and getting the exhaust lifted as it's too low. Looking at fitting a 3.45 diff out of a XR6 just to give a bit better take off. But as I said a great car to drive. Went to Bunberberg last week, round trip of 720 klms on just under a tank.
Will be fitting some EL mirrors on soon as I've already fitted EF exterior door handles.
As for the rear wing, it's her car and like all of us she can do what she feels looks good to her.
The car is pretty low (paint bottom of front and back bars pretty regularly) but it does have a tough look about it.

It was owned by a young bloke for about 8-12 mths who lived in the Beenleigh area. Before that I think it may have been from the Gold Coast. It would of had the same plates on as they came with the car.

I keep telling her that, but sometimes I think she dosen't believe me!!

Will have to see if we can get together and take a few pics. Recon it would look Great!!
Have see only one other set of these rims and they were on a pretty sad looking XF ute. Would have been better if they were 17's, but you can't have everything.

Bar the wing and blue mesh in the grill, it looks great.
Like the idea of painting the engine cover as well. Looks very neat this way

That was the previous owner. We've had it for about 18mths now (well actually the wife's car).

Already got the rear wing,so it will be going on.
As for the blue mesh, black didn't really stand out since the car is Black Pearl and the theme is "Black n Blue",so that's why the colour change until i get some stainless mesh for the lower mouth, grill and scoop. Also some more blue on the engine cover is needed.

I have the leather centre piece that goes around the door handles and has the wood spear on them but he did not have the door trims. What door trims can be used so I can fit these?

Got a few more parts this week
These arrived Friday
Have just taken the pockets off and given them a bit of a clean.
Will replace the inserts with the one's I already have as they are in better condition than these.
Will have to get some proper cleaner and do them and the seats and then get holes cut for the manual winders.

Picked this up Sunday. Now have a 3.45 out of a Tickford XR6 to replace the 3.23 that's singing to me.
Was supposed to be recond so we'll see how it goes.

It's been nearly 12 mths since I have put anything up here. Just been busy with other things. Anyway this is what has been done since then.
Had the brake booster let go while driving back from the Gold Coast. Luckly it was at nite and not much traffic around so just took it easy to get home.
Pulled out the booster and got it recond (took only 1 day).so i thought I would give a bit of colour instead of the usual black.
Old booster

Getting painted

Fitted back in car
Also repainted the rail under the booster as it looked like some brake fluid has been coming from the m/cyl at some time and had not been washed off.

Primed

Painted

Not an exact match with the origional paint but at least better than the surface rust that was there before.

Also got a few other things ready to go on.
Cleaned and painted the diff

Got a fairmont rear garnish

And just a pic of the rear wing that has to be painted and fitted

Thought it was about time I swapped the diff over as the bearings are getting a bit louder and I have to repair the front and back bars and the left side skirt after a few mishaps by the other half!!
The old diff before it came out

Finally out

Decided to give the wheel wells and rear a bit of a clean up.
How it was

How it is now

Out with the old

In with the new (same springs)

Well got the diff in and all set up

Got to put in the short shifter from the AU,clean up the front wells and paint like the rear ones, try and fit the leather door trims, other headlights and mabye the EL mirrors.
Also waiting on the front and rear bars and side skirt to be repainted and then fit them back onto the car.

Finally after 5 weeks I have got the car back together. Cleaned and painted the front wheel wells and painted the hub and caliper the same as the rears.

Also had to replace the gearbox mount as the old one nearly fell apart when doing the short shifter (from the AU)

Fitted the front and rear bars and right side skirt. Came up OK
Just finishing cleaning it as I was going to Willowbank for the Real Deal Disaster Appeal Day.
