Hahaha yeah that's what I'm wondering! Or is it a mate of yours?

Definitely one of my favorite Falcon's since the first time I saw it :) I wanted to do a XE ESP Turbo a little while ago. Over it now lol.

Thanks guys,

was pushing out just under 300rwkw, not too bad from an old pushrod tractor motor.

cos of the 1.32ex housing it did have a bit of lag, however being a stroker and having a bigger stall helped overcome it. It really wasn;t that bad for such a large exhaust housing.

We were taking pics in the factories when he rocked up, i though i was screwed, he was a top cop but, and i ended up with nothing more then a mad set of pics and a copy of the 'vehicle modification regulations' to read   .

yep, the hemi rods are alot stronger, they run bigger big end bolts, and are a bit wider.

You gotta offset grind the 250 crank to the smaller hemi journal size, this will get your piston height pretty close. Then use ford pistons, get the pin bores reamed out to the 265 hemi gudgeon size.
Remove some material from the piston skirts to allow them to clear the crank counter weights, and also some material has to come off the oil pump as the bigger hemi rod caps and big end bolts will hit.

And that ends our 265 rod into 250 crossflow lesson for today.

What ci would it roughly punch the 250 out to? Sounds like a great setup!
