gday guys just an update of the car

96 el xr6 regency red
210,000kms
2.5inch red back exhaust
high flow cat
pacemaker comp extractors
ss inductions cai
18inch ba gtps
clarion tv headunit
i plan on taking it to cve performance next week to get them to tune it, any other ideas on what i should do next would be muchly appreciated

YEah lowering the car would make it look wesome then. Id go to interior/ stereo and engine mods .
That is truly a mint car for a L plater

BROCKYB8, ive already done the stereo and stuff and wanting to lower it but a mate works for holden *fag* but hes going to lower my car for free so just waiting on him to get the tools, ultras all round?? and i also want to do some engine mods but the new p plater laws suck i dont want 2 be told i cant drive the car so the only thing ive done is a cold air intake

looks mint for an l-plater mate.

idd say EF taillights, and chuck a cam in as its almost impossible for a cop to know if its cammed if your worried about that, loose the spoiler too.

Just be careful when lowering it. Pete/phatel had 19" gtps and super lows (i think?) and wore the tyres from them touching the guards. Might be a good idea to get em rolled

The insides were worn, but that's just a camber issue.

Nah the guards scrubbed until he had them rolled which stopped it.

Dont know about from around you're area but around here,Epping, the cops have never picked on me,red P plater,el xr6 which has been dumped on el gt's,dark agent 19's and now 4 black stockies with full exhuast,never had any trouble..they mainly pick on the holdens around here

BROCKYB8, my bad i didnt read that bit mate well i do need a few things i want some 6x9s and some speakers for my front doors but im unsure what size will fit? and i wuldnt mind some screens for in the head rests but id need new head rests

Im going to go the other way...

Dont touch it!!!! leave it as it is. Looks perfect now and if you lower it you run the risk of ripping the genuine front lip off in car parks which are almost impossable to find and so damn expensive. it will save you in defects. Just stick a cam and chip in it and it will be plenty for a P plater.

yeh dw i reveresed into something took the back bumper off took my 2months to find 1 and it was 220 in a different colour from a wreckers but the time i got the new bumper fixed up and sprayed $500 gone

same color. just minus the kit. i would love to get a kit on mine.

but yeah. dumpage is a must and if it were me i would pick myself up a set of ef tail lights.
i reckon they look better then the el ones

awsome as man they are nice, the kits a pretty hard 2 find took me 2months just to find the rear bit, post some pics soon as u get yours

Very nice car mate, wheels suit it. As others have said lower it, EF tail lights, lose the spoiler, cam it, extractors and exhaust. You'll be content for a while!

yeh im buyin ultas this week for it, ef tail lights also this week just gotta get timt to get over to the guys place to pick em up, and getting some money together for the cam n extractors, where bouts u from im pretty sure i seen ur car around before

Make sure you get some shortened shocks with ultras.
EF tail lights, de spoiler, 1636/1673 cam, extractors + exhaust will do ya for a while
If its a slushbox get a shitkit, manual get a ripshifter and short stick.
