WHAT TO DO??

hey all,
dont know where to put this so ill put it here, ive been parking in my neighbors little nature stip drive way thing for the past month, the f***** this afternoon came out and had a go at me for parking there, i nearly killed the mother f*****, he was so f'n rude about it, if he had of came out and said look can u not park there anymore please, i would of been alright with it and moved my car, but nope he had to come out and act like a dick so i went crazy at him. he hasnt even used the spott in the last 6 yrs his lived there ( maybe once or twice or if they have a party, thats it). anyways i know its not his property, its councils, is it illegal for me to park there without his permission? i know its better to ask him first and all that sh*t, but **** him. if i keep parking there can he F me over? what do use think i should do? i dont wanna stop parking there cause the only other spot is under a tree and my car ends up coverd in crap. and i cant park in my driveway cause ill block my parents in.

You should send him a link to this thread so he knows how tough you are. Then he will give you money to park in the same spot.

LOL I had the exact same dispute with my neighbour. Your right tho, its not his property and he cant really do much about it except complain to the police or maybee the council. And im sure they will put that as top priority.

Just tell your neighbour to stop being a cock and to deal with it. If he damages ya car, you have to prove he did it. Good luck with that unless you have a video camera set up out the front.

I am pretty good with words, it works a lot better than NEARLY KILLING SOMEONE for them asking you to move your car.

Personally I don't like it when people park out front of my house when there is room in front of theirs.

Few months ago a friend did this, next thing he knew all his tyres were punctured via a screwdriver but unless you can prove it it is useless so I'd be wary if I were you.
