I was thinkin that as well... plus the fuel bill would be enormous... everything is roadworthy on the car except for the emissions on the engine.. so i'd most likely be EPA'd..

I'm saying that a lot of Indigenous persons residing in Shepparton drive white EA Falcons, so finding Brocky's might be a bit difficult.

What do you think I'm trying to say?

no... that other dude put it right...

harden the **** up :D

if u drive a defectable car....HELO... it will get defected eventually just a matter of time...

most people getting defected there will be for too low too loud or bald tyres...all of which are easy to fix...

you can actually. u just have to divert your route by a couple of hundred metres. you dont HAVE to drive down the main st to get around the town.

I think the only way to go to something like that would be to hire a car or something for a weekend .

Alesia i think that there is too much winging around about the event s. We know cops are going to be there . We still go
MAn i been to nearly all of these events and never really had many problems .

THere are ways around the main st but if you dont know town that well you can get lost.

It's the only major car event I can think of where cops go out of their way to try and defect as many people as possible.
I think the 'whinging' is justified, no matter what Les reckons.

Les is worse than the random spammers we get around springnats time except what he is promoting sucks more than online warhammer or whatever the f0ck they are promoting.

Cops do go out of their way to defect you in Shep.
Shep has Abos.
Springnats sucks anyway.

Its a lose lose.

Have you been to springnats in the last 2 years? If you trailer your car, keep it sensible on the cruise and don't drive around the streets at night at you car with rims bigger than ya mums gut, more than 10cm off the ground and a polished chrome intercooler your pretty safe these days.

Last year they spent more time on making sure the Fucked AU on the trailer was strapped down than commodore drivers doing laps. Because people were smart enough to just enjoy the event and not be a hero on the street.

Shep doesn't have Abos much anymore. Springnats is a good event for country Victoria.

Your post pretty much sums up what everyone is saying. If you have a slightly modded car leave it at home.

Springnats - good for Country Victoria - gaids for everyone that attends.

LOL, so don't go in other words?
Because I can save my money, and go to Canberra for Summernats with a car exactly like that and not get defected.
That is how a town should welcome a car event that has the potential to bring dollars in to their local economy, not using it as oppurtunity to hand out mass defects.
By all means, screw kunts that are doing dumb sht, breatho every man and his dog a million times, do kunts for speeding.
But lay off the defecting of VS GTS-Rs for having a spoiler that obscures vision.
If Springnats goes down the gurgler, they'll only have the jacks to blame.
