Black wheels...

Postby Jake » March 27th, 2009, 7:07 pm

Hey everyone just looking for some black wheels... since they are hard to find, just wondering if yous could post up names and a picture or 2 of any black wheels you know of that fit E-series...

Mainly looking for some black 5 spokes or something nice and simple, but just post pics anyway... as long as they are black and fit e-series.

Doesn't matter what offset, let me know what they are though.

Cheers

Sorry if its a stupid question but what type of paint would you use? and would it be the stuff you use an air compressor with?

I have no idea about painting... :-P

i painted my wheels with 2pack. the same kinda paint that you would paint a car with. cost me about $10 for a litre of it. that was enought for about 5 coats after some handy preperation and sanding. i did that in early feb andhave driven about 10000kms since and theres not one sign of paint coming off anywhere....

...that said, i know how to drive and dont rub against gutters every time i park

I can't believe how cheap powder coating is! I should take the SVOs in and get them powder coated in the original gunmetal grey

I'll put them on the car on the weekend and push it out of the garage for pics of them on the car, it should look good when I get the side mouldings colour coded. Also take the turbo manifold off, ready to have the flange removed and the new one bolted on.

Yours look sick but :)

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up.
