Spotted this on the way home from work BA XR8

Had a quick chat to him and its up for sale, told him about this site and grabbed his number incase anyone here is interested..

    That's been around for years. Built by Hillier Brothers who now trade as DreamTech Limousines I believe.

    but its not a e series shaun heheh.

    looks tuff as **** but id never buy one... if buying a 2 door aussie car would be a vz/vy series gts thingo

    because if i could afford a 2 door ba xr8 money wasnt an option in the first place.

    yeh there was a place doing this conversion back when the ba was new, seen a few around but i dont think iv seen them in any other colour

    he wanted 50k for it, he said he did it himself, and he was coming from dande, so it could be one of the guys who build them?

    Nah different companies, Dreamtech is a Dandenong Company, Hillier brothers are in tenterfield.

    That looks like the original dreamtech coupe...

    that website says they cost around $90k, and thats not modding a car, thats you buying the car straight from them.

    wouldnt mind seeing the rear 'door' trims :P

    Much much more horn then a monaro... but I wouldnt have one.. specially for that money, $90k would get a e-series plus $89k worth of improvements (no shite).. and its not like 4 doors arent cool enough :P
