Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast to a horrible crisp, which no decent human being would eat?

At the end of the day though, who cares? It's just another falcon, another step. Not some mad revolution of the car industry

The info says he died 45min after he got to hospital. Doubt he would have been conscious but it wasn't immediate.
